Company Investments

Though the mandate of the company is wide, it has concentrated on investments property constituting 82% and investments inventory (land) at 17% of the total assets. There are minor investments in the financial market amounting to Kshs 4.1 Million, constituting 0.26 % of the total assets as at the end of June 2018. The investments property includes KTDA Farmers Building, KTDA Farmers Warehouse, Palm Valley Apartments and an investment inventory of a 10 acre land in Ruiru held for resale.
